Barbara Wong Joins Access as Director of Human Resources
December 7, 2007 - Access Information Management has announced the addition of Barbara Wong as Director of Human Resources, serving in the Corporate Shared Services office in Pleasanton, California. As Director of Human Resources, Barbara will provide human resource leadership and develop new team member programs and services. Additionally, she will be responsible for implementing new policies including, employee benefits and relations, retention, compensation and performance management for all Access team members nationwide. Prior to joining Access, Barbara served as Director of Human Resources for a leading mortgage lender. She brings over 20 years of experience working in human resources in the mortgage, high tech and healthcare fields. “The addition of Barbara will allow Access to enhance our human resources processes for our team members, which, ultimately, will lead to a stronger Access team and superior service for our clients,” stated Access CFO Ben Netick.
