Access CIG announces acquisition of Hawaii based records management company
February 15, 2005 - Today it was announced that Access CIG LLC, a holding company based in the San Francisco Bay Area, has acquired FileMinders of Hawaii. FileMinders is Hawaii’s largest records and information management company, providing off-site document storage, secured vault storage for computer media and digital imaging services. FileMinders serves the information management needs of many of Hawaii’s leading hospitals, banks, and professional service firms. Rob Alston will continue as Vice President and General Manager.
