Access CIG announces Northern California acquisition
December 20, 2004 - Today Access CIG LLC, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, announced the acquisition of RecordXpress of California, Inc. RecordXpress provides records and information management solutions including off-site document storage and management, climate controlled storage of computer media, and secured information destruction services.
The new company will operate as RecordXpress of California LLC. Former owners, Richard Bernstein and Joe Moscuzza will continue in senior management roles with the company.
