He has spent over 13 years serving clients in the records and information management industry and has an additional 8 years of executive management experience in distribution and logistics. Dennis is also a Director for PRISM International, the international organization creating policy and standards for commercial records management companies world-wide.

Michael oversees the company’s sales, marketing, account management and strategic partnerships. He is responsible for the company’s revenue growth and associated marketing programs for existing and newly acquired companies and markets. Additionally, Michael is responsible for Access’ account management activities focusing on delivering new services and overall client satisfaction. Michael has over 15 years of experience, serving in a variety of executive positions in the records and information management and enterprise software industries.

David is responsible for company-wide operations, providing executive leadership for all branches and regions and the integration of acquired companies. In addition to driving operational efficiencies and the company’s financial performance, David oversees the quality of all facilities and systems. David has over 12 years of senior management experience in the records management industry and an additional 8 years serving in executive level positions within the health care industry.

Ben is responsible for a full range of accounting and finance functions including financial planning, analysis and reporting. He also plays an important role in corporate strategic planning. Ben has over 15 years of senior financial management experience in the enterprise software and insurance industries. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Barbara oversees the coordination, planning, and implementation of team member programs, benefits and services and provides human resource leadership to all Access team members nationwide. She is responsible for implementing new policies including employee benefits and relations, retention, compensation and performance management. She has over 20 years experience working in human resources in the mortgage, high tech and healthcare fields.

Director of Facilities and Standards |
Dan is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of company-wide standard operating procedures including operations, systems, facilities, fire protection and security. He focuses on continued improvement of all areas of Access’ operations. Dan has over 15 years of records management experience. Prior to joining Access, he was the President of DataStor, Inc. a successful records management company based in Martinez, California
